All team members should be here 9:45 to 3:30. We will likely allow some work until 5:30
Field Mockup:
Coaches (and volunteers) are meeting at 3:30 with Jeff Pike (Theatre Technical Director) and others to discuss Field mockup. Jeff has set build experience and a 4x8’ cnc machine that could help us to mockup quickly and accurately. Likely no ‘build’ will occur at that time, but plans and material’s list will be created.

Needs:

Saturday Lunch:
- We will be returning to PBS before noon.
- The idea is to have lunch there around noon.
- I can order pizza if needed.
  But even then would like someone to go get it so I’m not depending on delivery.
  Also would be nice to have ice chest with water, soft drinks etc.
- Would be great if someone wants to provide:
  Other options could be sandwiches (generally avoid peanut butter), Chicken Fingers, etc. Does not need to be a lot. Feed around 20 people.
- Please let me know if you are willing to help out
Mockup:
- I plan to have separate meetings to mockup this year and mostly ‘adults’. We are meeting Saturday after kickoff (see above). Any parent with wood working experience would be helpful.
Donations:
- We can always use more money. Remember that students are expected to search for $500 donation each.

- Call/build: Tue and Thr 3:15-5:30 and Fri 5:30-10:00
  These meetings will be planned and specific sub-teams ‘called’.
  Build is almost always ‘called’
